About: A portrait of Freddie Mercury during the early ‘80s. During that period Mercury changed his image and was known for his tight white vests, leather armbands and moustache – his take on the “Clone” look popular in the gay underground. This portrait is a pencil sketch in the style of the famous Finnish artist “Tom of Finland” who was famous for hyper masculinised pencil sketches.
